Recycled school equipment connects with student participation while a developing aquaponic system brings fish and plant cultivation together.
Green Soldier turns suitable plastic into school equipment and uses the waste bank to involve students in collection. Its developing organic system brings together fish and plant cultivation with feed and compost pathways. The photographs and drawings below document the construction work behind that wider concept.
At SDN Karangrejo 01 the initial recycled equipment used plastic collected from factory employees. The student platform adds a participation route: an operator-recorded deposit connects to a student’s points and school-managed rewards. Collection totals and manufactured output describe different stages and need separate records.
The supplied drawings show a pumped water circuit with a sand-and-charcoal filter and growing channels above a fish tank. Water returns by gravity. The English schematics are redrawn from those project drawings. Five channels appear in the reference plan. The photographs show subsequent assembly iterations with pipe fabrication and frame construction followed by enclosure work and seedling trials.
The message accompanying the outlet photograph reports that water stopped reaching the pond and that the upstream channel was dry. The caption has been removed from the public photograph. The message records a supply interruption but does not establish the cause or its duration. Supply availability therefore matters alongside the nominal capacity of the installation.
At a junction the incoming flow must equal the outgoing flow when storage is unchanged. Over time the water balance also needs make-up water and losses from plant use or evaporation. Cleaning discharge and leaks are additional outflows. Commissioning records should measure flow at each channel together with tank level and pump running time. Water-quality tests and a dated maintenance log would help assess whether the system can operate reliably.
The wider organic concept includes larvae and azolla as potential feed pathways with compost for cultivation. Poultry and goat links are also part of the concept. Harvests and income are intended to support food access and educational or social programs. The records here establish design and construction activity rather than validated yields or financial returns.

The FAO reference explains aquaponic biology and operation. It does not validate the filter shown in the project drawing.
