The digital waste bank gives collection a day-to-day workflow. A student has an account and QR identity; an operator links the deposit to that account and records the material details. Points make repeated participation visible.
The operator flow includes scanning, a photo step, and entry of material, weight, and grading. The school dashboard manages reward availability, redemption requests, and handover. Administrators can review activity across schools.
The school demonstration at SDN Karangrejo 01 connected this digital process with real material samples. Students could see the relationship between something they discard, the record of a deposit, and a reason to return.
Platform records need consistent measurement and checking before they support wider impact claims. A displayed CO₂e figure is a calculated estimate requiring a baseline, emission factors, and clear boundaries; it is not a certified carbon credit.
