Green Soldier depends on clearly defined working relationships. The student team coordinates the project, while school staff and production specialists make implementation possible.

PT Raja Besi supported recycled-plastic development through equipment access and technical assistance. Employee-collected plastic supplied the initial school installation. SDN Karangrejo 01 provided the setting for the pilot, learning activities, tree planting, and waste-bank demonstration.

National Geographic Indonesia reported the project’s origins, workshop process, and school activity in June 2026.
